Matchat is provided for yoga studios and wellness teams to manage chatbot-assisted enquiries, leads, knowledge, billing, and support workflows. You are responsible for the information you configure, enter, send, or make available through your account.
Account Responsibilities
Keep account access limited to authorized team members, use accurate school and billing details, and review chatbot responses before relying on them for operational decisions. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plan access depends on the active subscription, selected provider, successful payment processing, and the plan limits shown in the product.
Service Changes
Features may change as the product evolves. Provider-backed services such as AI, WhatsApp, and checkout depend on the configured third-party provider availability, limits, and policies.
